Jack & Melissa owners of J&M Custom Exhaust have been in the custom exhaust fabrication business since they opened Midwest Muffler in Merriam KS in 1987, which evolved into an undercar speciality shop in 1991 known as Midwest Muffler & brake, and finally expanded to a full service general repair called Midwest Auto Care in 1998.  Jack remained active and committed  to the custom exhaust fabrication business through all the changes over the 25 years in auto repair up to the time Midwest Auto Care was sold in 2008.

J&M Custom Exhaust was created out of the desire to move back into where they started in 1987 the custom exhaust fabrication business. This gives Jack the opportunity to work on some of the areas finest street rods, custom cars, and muscle cars & trucks, and offer our customers a variety of exhaust options that will give them the desired look, sound, and performance that they want.
